    Purchased Watch Dogs 25-03-2016 but the serial key is already in use!

    Hi, I bought Watch Dogs 25-03-2016 and the serial I got from Uplay was already used, so I could not activate and download it.
    Kindly help me get a valid serial key, thank you!

    I'm sorry but this is completely MAJOR BS that ubisoft support can actually support you!
    I bought also Watch Dogs from UPLAY in 16/03/2016 and my serial number is already registered to another account.
    I have sent already 2 tickets since the day i bought the game and i still have no reply!

    My 1st ticket was submitted in 16/03/2016 at 02:14 PM EDT with Case Reference # 03075366

    After waiting 8 full days with no reply i have sent another ticket

    My 2nd ticket was submitted in 24/03/2016 at 09:59 AM EDT with Case Reference # 03113507

    Order Number is 11813916459.

    I have one thing to say. POOR SUPPORT TEAM! Either give me a new serial number or I DEMAND A REFUND before i start calling this company mere thieves

    Please do not create multiple tickets for the same issue as it clogs up the cue. For a quicker resolution, make sure to also update with answers to any questions they have for you. Can you please let me know which region/country you're located in?

    That is the problem. How could I answer to questions that don't exist when the support team is is not even replying to my tickets? I'm located in Greece.

    Having the same problem

    Hello. I'm having the same problem. I really want to play the game but I can't activate it. Says that the key is already registered in an account. Here's my ticket number: 03454108.
