As if challenge daily missions weren't punishing enough...

They've gotta throw this nonsense at me.

looks like someone is about to be reunited with the desktop.....

may want to make sure there's no problems with your network as it seems the server doesn't know where you are in half of that video

Nope. My network is just fine. The server doesn't just know where the client always it, it for the most part dictates it. Client-side gaming is stupid, but predictive. Even if my console was so severely off track from the server, the information sent back from the server would have corrected the prediction on my end (usually this looks like a "rubber banding effect" in games).

On top of that I wasn't the only person experiencing it in the party. We were having trouble progressing in the challenge missions because it was both me and another player getting hung up on a ridiculous amount of invisible walls. Had to figure out a way to kill ourselves without grenades or enemies to spawn on the check points after these ghostly road blocks. Even worse we had to make sure not to fall back too far as we could run through them backing up through the level, but not going forward. It really made "challenge" live up to its name.

I dont know if im the only one who feels this way but.

The Scouts running around with SASG-12s are really annoying. They have WAY too much range and WAY too much damage. I get it its a shotgun and its semi auto but c'mon seriously? Speed and damage fine. Range and damage fine. Speed and range odd but fine. All three though?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LlBZ2sl9hQ

Honestly I think the problem is the range. I've sacrificed everything for stamina, and I've got 150k health. They can shoot me from quite the distance and still manage to remove a good chunk of my health. If I would want anything tweaked it would be the range.

A little bit off topic from the main post, but I see where you're coming from. These challenges have become less of a strategic challenge along the lines of an RPG and more of a soup sandwich that you'd find in a generic FPS at times.

I've had this happen out in the middle of a street in PvE land before. My network connection was fine.

Had today two tries, and died trying to muster a fair fight against level 32 thugs..... like I said, I died trying and grew tired, the delta between a maxed out 30 (technically 31) and 32 is too big. The Shotgun guys have too much range, compare to your SASG12, the Brawlers and their Golf Clubs are unbelievably strong, my Turret doesn't survive 3 secs, my 103K DPS MP5 seems to not impact them, not before I've emptied 2 55 round mags, the SASG12, doesn't stop them in their motion, thus the pellets show at least 50k on hurt per shot........ I like a challenge, but when a challenge is only winnable with a full team, than we should wage the scale we set the challenge!!! The way the waves of thugs came on to you at the Lincoln Tunnel challenge was really nothing but frustrating........

There is a place in the Russian one where you jump in to grab loot and never get out, it's during the timed part

During that mission you're better off meeting those golf club toting thugs outside the tunnel and fighting them from on top of the toll booth. That keeps them away from the JTF trying defuse the bomb, and keeps you from getting overrun. Probably be smart to leave a person or two inside the tunnel just in case.
