I have the same issue with FOR HONOR - It does not show up on my CLUB / DASHBOARD / YOUR GAMES section !

What would be the next BEST ACTION (user side) ?

When I keyed in my activation key for AC Syndicate through UPlay, NOTHING HAPPENED!
When I tried to key it in again, it says that the KEY IS ALREADY ACTIVATED ON MY ACCOUNT!
Still, the game is NOT SHOWING UP!

Tried to contact support, but no response...

Already knew UPlay was bad, but I didn't know it was to the extent of me not even being able to play the game I paid my money for...

WHY DOES UPLAY EXIST!?!?!?

I have no answer yet, but your not alone with this problem, my friend is currently having the same issue with "Ghost Recon Wildlands", he's raised a ticket with Uplay support, now we wait & see how this plays out...

I have bought Ghost Recon Wildlands and For Honor and activated them both, but For Honor doesn't appear in Uplay, it does appear in the Android app, and not the beta version as the Wildlands beta shows as well as the full game and it even says which one is a beta , so I just created a ticket and am hoping to get a response from Ubisoft , here's hoping

Same thing happened with Rayman Legends to my friend. he's getting the error "this key is already active on this account" yet the game isn't there.

I recent,y purchased assasins creed 4 via the online store, my invoice appeared on my account, however, the AC4 game doesnt appear on my games library. I bought previous assasin's creed games before but it hasnt taken this long for it to appear on my games section. What's happening?

I bought the assasin''s creed syndicate game and inserted disc 1 and it told me to type in the code which i did, then it said the Ubisoft servers weren't up so i clicked on uplay and it was online so i typed in the key on uplay which it then said that i already redeemed the code but it didnt''t appear on my library. So i tried disc 2 and it didnt work.Now i'll have to refund it or keep trying until it works.
