I'm having the same issue. Purchased Steep through the website over an hour ago and haven't received a confirmation email and the game isn't in my library. This is the first time I've tried to buy a PC game from Ubisoft, so I didn't know this has been an issue for over four years (at least) and stupidly assumed that the purchase didn't go through and tried to buy it again on the Ubisoft Connect app using a different card. Now I have two charges on my cards, no confirmation emails, and no game.
