    game not showing up in library

    hello
    I bought the game Tom Clancy's the division on g2a
    the key worked at first and it closed the little window where I redeemed the game but it did nothing, i tried to redeem the game again and it said that all ready active the game in my account
    but the game is not showing up in my library
    please help me

    Hey, a quick check of your account shows that you do not have The Division game active on your account, the code you redeemed was a season pass. If you ordered a combined package of the game + season pass, you may have needed an extra key. I'd suggest that you contact the retailer and request your game key.

    Hey Kay,

    I have a similar problem. I have the game on my account, and I can even see it under my games in Uplay for Android. However, I don't have it in Uplay for Windows. I only see the expired Beta version. Reinstalling Uplay did not help.

    Please help me out here. I submitted a question about a week ago, but still no answer. I would really appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer.

    Hi Energy-Entity, there is no Division game on this account. If you have a key, you will need to redeem it through Uplay PC. It is shown in the Uplay App and on the website as you played the beta and earned Actions & Rewards. Apologies for any confusion.

    Game not Showing in library

    Recently purchased Far Cry 4 on steam, entered activation code, but game is not showing in library, and when i try to open it from steam it says i need to enter the Ubisoft activation code, and when i enter the code it says that the code is already active on my account. Please help.

    Games not in Library

    Uhh yes i purchased the Assassin's Creed Silver Pack and the Assassin's Creed III Redemption DLC on Uplay and they do not show up in my Library please help

    Game paid for but not showing in list.

    Hello Ubi-Kay if you're still floating around, or anyone else from Ubisoft with the ability to check accounts:

    I purchased the Division and its Season Pass from your Ubisoft Store website and the transaction went through. My Paypal has been debited and I received a (Paypal) receipt for such. (No Ubisoft mail, and no, nothing in my junk mail.)

    The problem is the game isn't showing up in my Uplay program's Library. I received no keys to enter and the site says "Activation: Automatically in the Uplay desktop application." So I assume you do all that on your end and I don't have to enter keys. The order only shows up in my account on your store website. It is not showing in the Uplay program anywhere: In the games list, in the My Account-> Games List, and no orders are listed in the Uplay program.

    Not seeing anything in your Ubisoft Account Management website either, though that seems to only list Uplay points in its transactions...

    Would you be able to check/rectify any of this?

    I have since reinstalled the Uplay program just in case, with no change.

    Update: Problem is resolved. It took a support ticket through the Ubisoft Store website and about 16 hours. The response I received simply noted the issue had been fixed on their end. My Uplay now lists the game, which I am currently downloading. As much as it'd be nice not to have such issues in the first place, thanks Ubisoft Support for fixing it.

    I am having the same problem here, purchased my game on the Ubisoft Store but it's not showing up in the UPlay client, I have tried submitting a support ticket but I have received no response.

    i'm having the same problem with assasin's creed animus pack. yersterday i bought it. the payment by paypall is done by paypall but on my account uplay ac animus pack isn't up. i contact the support by telephone and they say me had a problem with the shop. now the shop is up but the games aren't on my account and no1 replace on my ticket...some help me.
