I got kicked of Division sunday evening and have not been able to get back on since, support teams are not getting back with me or putting out a statement about the issue, all it does is say that is connecting and stays there and sometimes I get a delta error code, this makes no sense that I cant play a game I paid for in almost 3 days, internet is fine and all other games I play work like they supposed to. ubisoft hurry and fix this crap and talk to your customers.
Every time there is server maintance I seem to get this same error. No matter what could not get by, however for the past two updates I have followed these steps and it seems to clear up the problem...
1. Open the game and try to load in your selected character
2. Wait for the error message
3. Dashboard and close out the game
4. Restart the game but do not select your character instead open the Ubisoft club app and let it load completely
5. Close the app completely once it has loaded up your account
6. Reopen the division (should still be active on the dash and ready for character selection)
7. Load selected character and it should get you in
I have not been able to verify if this method does or does not work so if anyone wants to give it a shot and post they're results that would be great! Hopefully it works and everyone can get on with gaming in peace
P.s if this is the fix then it seems like the division uses the app to ink your account? (just speculating 😛![]()
