Updated game to ver 4 on iOS 9 still not working!!! | Forums

This game has not been working ever since KTM event ended. Black screen when it tried to access anything online.

Even after updating to newest version from App Store, it locked up verifying download data in game and will not let me play it.

Also never got last week of KTM event rewards and nothing has popped up to sync with server side saved game.

This game is useless now and it was doing this before and after today's update.

Fix it!!!

Works fine for me on iOS 9.

What iPhone do you have ?

KTM event finished fine for me, as did recent update.... also on IOS 9. Sorry for your loss.

If you didn't receive the KTM rewards and didn't see any pop-up window to grant you the missing rewards, please contact the Support.
You can send me your ticket number so that I contact them directly
I know on iOS it isn't that easy, but if you have the possibility, try to clear the app cache and data. I had a similar crashing issue last week, and it fixed it (I'm on Android though).

I just redownloaded the game and played it fine without my uplay account!

It's when I connect to uplay and download my saved game progress from the server!! The script was never ran for my rewarded last KTM events which is not in my saved game progress from server. So I think my saved game progress is corrupted and thinks the ktm event is still going on when it's not even in the game anymore so it crashes it.

How do I get this fixed and my saved game on your servers recovered? And repaired?

Same here updated my iPad to 9.3 then updated TF to 4.0 when running it crashed every time i tried to play and in offline it said need to download, so deleted the game re-install it, played it offline till asked for User Name still continued playing further and upgraded the bike offline till no longer bike can be upgraded, then quit the game restarted my iPad.

Connected to wifi and the game was already connected to Uplay asked me to select Device or Server both saying Level 1, freaked! out little bit then touched U icon touched Connect enter my log-in ID & PW and it gave me option to select Device or Server, selected the Server Level 49 and now running 4.0 on my iPad 9.3
