After crafting a HE firearms backpack I lost 2 HE weapons and mods almost on every weapon had on my inventory please help

xbox one gt: TxExKxNxIxQxUxE i was playing last night and crafted a liberator with the blueprint, when i signed on this morning it was gone from inventory and shows no primary weapon. when i go to my weapons the liberator is not in my inventory, and no matter what gun i put in my primary as soon as i leave the menu screen and return to game i have no gun and it says out of ammo, i tried to restock and it say ammo full.. i tried logging out of the game, now on the menu screen where it shows my character it shows me having 4 guns 2 are liberators and then i start the game again and i have zero.. i tried crafting another one and all it does is waste my materials because when i sign out the gun disappears again..
