    AC3 DLC not available

    Hello there,

    about more than a week ago i purchased AC3 Deluxe Edition which, as you may know, contains the Season Pass.
    I activated my Key in UPlay and went on to insert the key in the Extras Menu in the Game itself.
    It showed me that i activated 16 "Things" including everything related to extra content and the Season Pass itself.
    Well it didnt unlock anything as far as Im concerned and im not able to download anything at all.

    So the first thing i did was writing a ticket to the support.
    Nobody replied so far...

    After i did some research I found out that im not the first nor the only one that had trouble with unlocking the games extra content.

    Im really desperate for help right now

    PS:: please dont refer me to the support ... I wrote a ticket over a week ago and they still dont talk to me

    I'm in the same boat. Bought the season pass a month ago, still have no way of redeeming in-game and STILL no reply to my support ticked.

    I don't mean to be rude but , WHY THE F@€K IS NO ONE ANSWERING. I paid for this and now i get no support whatsoever?

    Hi, I had the same issue. There are a few things you can do.

    1). Make sure uPlay is latest version. Mine wasn't, so it wouldn't connect to uPlay servers.
    2). Make sure uPlay has "Start uPlay offline" unchecked. Mine always started offline, so I couldn't get to the DLC.

    If both of those are OK, then launch the uPlay client and ensure it is ONLINE. Then go to Activation, and copy in your Activation Code. Then go back and launch the game via Steam (leaving uPlay logged on and running). You should start up and get to the opening screen of AC3. Start the game, then pick Tyranny of King Washington from the start menu, which should launch the DLC.

    Well, it didn't work. and apparently ubisoft has a new Ticket System and my Ticket is gone -.- awesome support.

    Hi Fishbird,

    I'm sorry this has taken so long to resolve. Your Ticket shouldn't be gone. To look up, the reference numbers make sure you're signed in to Ubisoft Support with your Uplay ID. Then, click the three lines in the top right of our support website and click "My Cases". This is where you will find your Tickets now so; please use this method rather than the link provided to you previously.

    While the link I am providing states Xbox 360, the same should apply to any other platform. Please take a look here-
