Support got back to me very quickly and asked that I try reinstalling. That didn't work for me, so they were able to manually add in my missing pieces. I now have the KTM bike! Thanks for your help JollyCharly

I was also quite surprised by how quick support was to help. Don't use the in-app support, use the web-based one. Within an hour they corrected it, and I have my KTM![]()
