Xbox OneProblem with deleted Agent Origins clothing being un-installed | Forums

I had no problem downloading the gear and even using it (The Paramedic was fantastic) and another character using the Hunter's Hat.

Then one day, POOF, gone. No warning, vanished. Support said they know about it and are working on it...

Well, i was playing on our second xbox (my home xbox) and noticed my firefighter gear was available from the rewards vendor. I quickly grabbed and equipped my items hoping they would carry over to our main xbox where i had originally deleted them. Once i booted up the game on our main xbox, my firefighter gear had disappeared. Looks like it is correctly associated with my account and available. It just needs to be made available in the Xbox store so that i can re-download it.

The worst part is that i saw how awesome the firefighter coat looked on my character. It made me want it even more.

Doesn't matter. I re-downloaded and it didn't solve the problem.

Thank you Ubisoft. The firefighter outfit appeared under add-ons when i when to manage game for the division. It installed and was in my rewards vendor last night.

Everyone check if you have addons to install. Hopefully that solves your issues.
