Problem with deleted Agent Origins clothing being un-installed

    Hi,

My husband purchased the division with the season pass giving me access to various outfits including the Agent Origins outfits (paramedic, officer, firefighter and something else). My outfits and extra gear was missing from our rewards vendor initally. I browsed to my game and noticed that the additional content wasn't installed for some reason and installed it. Everything but the Agent Origins outfits showed up after re-launching the game. I also had requested a code for the Agent Origins outfits in the mean time. I got an email with the code and decided that i would try un-installing and re-installing the firefighter outfit to try and get it to show up. I was able to un-install it, but it was no-longer available to re-install. It didn't show up when i managed my game and it isn't available in the xbox games store. I entered my code and saw that three of the four outfits were installed. When i launched the game, the three outfits were available but i was still missing the firefighter outfit i had previously un-installed.

How can i re-install the firefighter outfit on my xbox one to complete my Agent Origins gear?

    Thanks,

    Karen

Ha at least you got some of it! Many don't have any of it and there has been NO feedback from Ubisoft since an announcement of a "possible" fix was posted on the 8th. Many have submitted tickets and received no response. At this point I'm just waiting.

I haven't had a slow gin fizz in a longgggggg time. Like cool-aid lol but much funner

Yah, i was happy it installed and showed up in the game after i entered the code. Just wish i tested on something other than the firefighter outfit.

I have no idea but 5 out of the 7 outfits last night installed magically by themself whilst I was sitting on the dashboard. I already had them installed on that Xbox but the main Xbox I play on for The Division is still unable to download them, nothing queued up or in the "ready to install".

When I went to the reward vendor I was able to redeem those 5 but I'm still missing the Hazmat and National Guard outfits.

The gear & weapons are all useless as I've out leveled them by 20+ at this point. The aesthetic items of the outfits in "appearance" I can use, however limited they are with subtle differences, mainly the jackets are different yeah sure.

It's confusing however as I cannot redownload them to my other Xbox, I cannot move them or do anything other than uninstall on the Xbox that has them on the HDD.

I wish I never uninstalled them on the one Xbox as like others, they don't appear in the Xbox store & are unavailable at the reward vendor. If I load up The Division on the missing DLC Xbox, the Firefighter or whatever I'm wearing switches to something else on the Xbox without the DLC.

I'm having the same issue. I am missing the Firefighter outfit and can't reinstall it after xbox live told me to delete it and try to redownload but no where to find it to redownload If any one finds a way, please let me know.

Still no word from Ubi on this, still not mentioned in known issues. its getting harder and harder to brag about how responsive they have been with patches on bugs when I immediately have to follow it up with "Except I still don't have the Agent origins gear that i was supposed to have at launch"...

I've submitted a question ever since I received my Agent Origins code for the outfits. I keep going to the rewards vendor hoping it's there but it never is. I'm waiting for the moment I go check and they're all there.

Well, i was playing on our second xbox (my home xbox) and noticed my firefighter gear was available from the rewards vendor. I quickly grabbed and equipped my items hoping they would carry over to our main xbox where i had originally deleted them. Once i booted up the game on our main xbox, my firefighter gear had disappeared. Looks like it is correctly associated with my account and available. It just needs to be made available in the Xbox store so that i can re-download it.

The worst part is that i saw how awesome the firefighter coat looked on my character. It made me want it even more.
