No, the story is about YOU and agent who has been activated to save what remains, why would agents fight between them? because it's fun? YES maybe, but this is not that kind of game, this is a more based coop than vs, i think you should look up for another game if you're expecting something like that.

Well a lot of people prefers it more pvp oriented, adding this mode gives you a choice and more content.

Ok..but why do the guardians fight in arenas for control points and rifts in Destiny? That doesn't fit into the story or lore of Destiny, but its in there because PvP is fun! The only reason I still own Destiny is for the crucible. If it was all about raids and daily challenge missions I wouldve traded it in ages ago. And what other game can we go to with this type of gameplay/action/mechanics for PvP? Certainly not CoD, and I hate CoD nowadays either way. The only 3rd person action games with multiplayer I can think of are Uncharted 4, Gears of War, and Metal Gear Solid V. Well GoW is only on xbox and I'm on ps4 so that leaves uncharted and mgsv. And mgsv is a totally different style of gameplay altogether, and I love the PvP in that game but I want to play division and use all the gear and loot ive acquired to fight people in a traditional pvp arena. Uncharted 4 would be the closest cover based 3rd person shooter to play against other people online, and I love uncharted's multiplayer but once again its totally different from the division. AND once again, how does multiplayer fit into the story or lore of Uncharted, it doesn't, but its FUN! and gives the game lasting appeal.

Give reasons to the second wave agents to bacame rouge by accepts some sort of "contract" renewable evry week (for example)
When you subscrive the contract, u'll be force to pursue who accept another contract from someone else.

i honestly can't answer your question mate =/, never played destiny, GoW played it years ago, just to find out they never made the second for PC so that was a big let down u.u... not a fan of MGS, i love the PSX version back then, an nethier feel attracted for Uncharted series though looks fun, at least the animated gif ppl post.
