Because killing someone in the darkzone is very punishing we need squad vs squad DLC.

NO cause if not all people will get lazy to go into darkzone for pvp so darkzone will totally become a pve zone which means the open world pvp we got now vanished..

Also on a side note, that's like saying Arena in WoW would make Battlegrounds useless... There are still people who enjoy open PvP over Arena. And why not add a totally optional feature for others to enjoy even if you don't like it?
That's like saying I don't like that they show the Superbowl on TV, I don't have to watch it and there is plenty other stuff to watch, but I still want them to stop showing it.

You cant do pvp in the dark zone, i tried it gone rogue most of times died hunted by 100 people.

Squad vs squad with no penalties would be great, you can still play in the dark zone if you like a more open world experience.

If we can create a faction badge for our squad. Also make hideouts bases that we would have to fight for and defend. Upgrades to the base would be a plus. Squad upgrade perks would be cool too

I am level 30 with a lot of high ends and I really want there to be more content than just daily quests and DZ farming.

Plus it adds a huge incentive for individuals to mix and match gear and abilities fully utilizing strategies that may not be used in any other environment.

I really want this to happen!
