The simple fact that these issues were issues in BETA (before finished product was released), and now the game is released with same problems. Knowing good and well the game wasn't completed when they released it is false advertisement. Class action lawsuits are filed with attorneys who don't require payment until you have won your case, in which case, they take a certain percentage. That means there is no upfront cost. You can flame all you want but, until you're in our shoes all your doing is flaming from one perspective in your perfect world. However from my shoes, I paid 100 dollars for something brand new, that does not work. Now you say "it's only 100 dollars". Now multiply that by how many people cannot play, and what you have is a felony offense of theft.

So ubisoft will go to court with you and prove that 99% of people can play this game of which over 100 000 have the same specs as you ? Immediately it seems like you are at blame for it ..

Game runs 100% on my 980 and i7 rig 3 of my mates have 970s and one running it on a 670GTX with no issues? There are the bugs in the game that will be ironed out but to call it unplayable is not accurate.

That is because you own nividia GPU. Most of the complains are coming from AMD owners despite having top tie specs.

When was the last OS reinstall to make sure everything was cleaned out?

Ever since I have a computer (give or take 25 years) I have been refreshing it all like that at least once a year.

Most see it as a last resort, but if the base is not in a healthy state (OS) it can mess up a lot.

Using an i5 4690k and a MSI r9 390 and the game runs fine with the occasional random frame drop from going into a new area.

I wonder how easy you'd take things if like me you had already spent 3 to 4 hours over the last few days trying a dozen of potential fixes and doing a lot of research online to find a solution.

Not to mention getting my thread on these forums ignored by the staff despite being constantly on first page, and support not adressing my ticket for 4 days now.
