So many problems with this game at launch and still so many who are unable to play the game. I've paid for the season pass and I'm unable to play from constant crashing. Using the 970 with 16 gigs of ram I should have 0 problems. I tried the work around that was given by ubisoft in another thread. I've contacted them through tickets and even spoke with a representative from live chat. All he told me to do was the same exact **** the thread said to do.
So my last resort would be to start a class action lawsuit and maybe they will get their asses in gear and stop giving everyone the run around. Anyone interested in joining please check back.

Start up the a riot and make this "The Long Division"......
Class Action Lawsuit....*laughs*
Oh my...do you know how many times over the past 10 years that gamers have stated they were starting a class action lawsuit against a game company? We're talking regular gamers here...not former employees or contracted individuals working for the comapany.
I do not know what the number is, but in all of my years gaming I've never heard of any ACTUAL lawsuits being filed, nor have I ever heard of any lawsuits being successful.
If you ask me, and you're not, but I don't care, threatening any game company with a lawsuit is just bluff and bluster and complete BS. You know it and I know it. Unless you have the money to see such a thing through, we BOTH know that you'll NEVER file a lawsuit. All you'll do is complain on the forums, posture for effect, attempt to get a refund, and in the end, you'll slink off into obscurity knowing full well that everything you spoke of was just a load of hot air.
On a side note, I to have a GTX 970 graphics card and 16GB of RAM and the game runs BEAUTIFULLY for me. I have had not problems running the game at all.
So yeah...good luck with your "lawsuit"
*laughs again*
I know you probably don't want to hear this because I didn't want to hear it when I was having issues running XCOM 2, but I haven't had any issues running the game on high settings and I only have a gtx750ti.
I'm only pointing this out because maybe there's an issue on your end and it's not the game. Just something you might want to look in to.
If that´s your whole statement you are going from, then good luck. This is just sad to see, that people go to the extent of threats and profanity etc instead of anything constructive. I assume you don´t work as a programmer or engineer. This is based on that you seem to believe there is a simple magic switch they flip over and everything will work then.Using the 970 with 16 gigs of ram I should have 0 problems.
Think a bit about what signals you send out.
The only issue I have is that i got banned from a forum for the first time in 20 years just for reporting/confirming a bug in several thread that was talking about the issue. Instantly banned with "date for lift: never".
On the other note, running the game with minimal problems on a 7yo X58 based computer with a GTX970 and just as old Win7 install.
