    Issue with manhattan transfer mission

Yesterday afternoon I decided to buy the division from the playstation store.. Game starts to download, says the download size is 13 gigs, says it will take approx. 10 hours. I have no issue with that. Log into the game today and play thru Brooklyn. When I get the mission manhattan transfer I walk up to the gate and it says that it has 11 hours to download. I told a friend about my situation and he told me to check the size of the game file on my ps4 so I do that and discover that the file size isn't 13 gigs like I thought according to the psn download but actually 38.81 gigs. Why is there a need for an additional download while in the game, while its downloading I can still run around Brooklyn. I'm sorry if anyone feels different but this is just plain wrong and frankly makes me wonder if I really want to play this game.

I had a similar thing on the PC version - there was a stage where the game was "playable" ie core assets have downloaded and the early missions and stuff but you still need to download the rest of the game. It's becoming a more common practice with digital downloads.

It's so people can get into the game sooner. In your case you could start playing after 10 hours, rather than having to wait the full 21, if that make sense.
