    Got everything but my Hazmat gear

    I put my code in from my Gold Edition and got everything but the Hazmat gear, How do I fix this?

    If you get an answer let me know cause I'm in the same boat. I purchased the collectors edition, put in my seasons pass code and no hazmat suit either.

    This is the exact same issue for both my friend and myself. I have two other friends whom purchased the regular edition and both received their hazmat gear. I believe this is part of the "known issues" at this point and Ubisoft keeps saying that it is an internal server error that they are working on resolving.

    Same problem, Hazmat Gear wasn't part of Gold Edition voucher code

    My two brothers and I redeemed our codes and got everything else but the Hazmat Gear sets. The voucher stated that it would be included in the codes we were given. These codes included the Season Pass, Sawed-off Shotgun, National Guard Gear Set, and Hazmat Gear set.

    A friend of mine pre-ordered the regular copy of the game from the same place I did and was able to get his Hazmat Gear set.
