The Achievement "Skillz" is bugged. I equipped every possible skill mod and didn't get the achievement. Yes, I have all the mods for my skills. I looked up many guides and forums and I'm not the only one having this problem.

Same here, equipped now 16 skill mods and nothing happens, still no achievement! Many people having this problem!

Having the exact same issue.

I also can't get the achievement for collecting all ECHO's, as I can not pick up ECHO General #03 and it just remains on the map.

For the Echo, in Chelsea is an echo that you can only access after completing all main missions. After the final mission you will obtain a new side mission in Chelsea which leads inside a building with the echo. Do you mean this?

And BTW, also PS4 players are affected from the bug/glitched "Skillz" achievement/trophy. Its the same issue like the Xbox achievement, theirs "Skillz" Trophy still didn't pop.

Same issue here, I've equipped all mods and still nothing. Really frustrating as I'm going for the 1000 Gamerscore on The Division. Can somebody confirm if Ubi are looking to patch this one soon??

Same here, never popped, & it's the only one I'm going to need to get the 1000G.

Issue also exists on PS4 and I don't know if Massive/Ubi just doesn't care or doesn't care et all because it looks like to be a unknown issue : http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...0-Known-Issues from the point it's not indicated here...

SO can we hope to hear a fix soon ?

Same here... the last one I need to 1000G! so frustrating this happened in first place and not seeing it fixed with the first patch!
