Setup will be like this(this is important):

Player#1: Support Station(Mod: Ammo Cache) - Smart Cover(Mod: Recharger) - Tactical Link
Player#2: Support Station(Mod: Ammo Cache) - Smart Cover(Mod: Recharger) - Tactical Link
Player#3: First Aid(Mod: Booster shot) - Smart Cover(Mod: Recharger) - Tactical Link
Player#4: First Aid(Mod: Booster shot) - Smart Cover(Mod: Recharger) - Tactical Link

Talents: Triage - Tech Support, the other 2 are up to you.

Have as much DPS and Skill power as possible. Health isnt that important, but make sure to have 30k~ hp atleast.

With the above setup we will be pretty much invincible and do insane amounts of damage.
