    I put in a ticket last night, but from what ive gathered other people have had this issue longer then me, and im guessing they arent having much luck either. How does one go about making their problem a topic of imediate importance?

    Yeah that support number in America is a joke. They only handle Uplay account access. I've submitted several tickets with no response. Twitter support says summit a ticket. Facebook says summit a ticket. Meanwhile, they haven't even acknowledged the problem even exist.

    yep i put in a ticket on the 13th haven't had a response yet Reference #03055662 its just a very strange that this issue has the ability to completely prevent your profile from playing. if you learn anything more about this problem would you mind sharing it with us when you can?

    Yeah it would be nice for someone to officially acknowledge the problem and give some sort of timeframe for a fix. Support has been a huge letdown. Hopefully everyone gets their Hazmat suite though. Lol

    I'd suggest blasting their twitter asking about this. It may not get anything done but neither does calling support or waiting to get your ticket answered.

    Well a live chat agent just told me this has become the highest priority issue the development team is working on. Dont know if this statement holds any water though.

I tried everything that support would tell you to do ...restart console,modem,router,delete account,reinstall game,etc. Does anybody know how to fix this or how to get help with this. I am a lvl 30 regular and 40 DZ...im fine with losing a few hours of gameplay but a total restart is not an option for me.

    Update: I have talked to live support twice now with the second time saying cutt the BS and tell me what is going on and what I can do. My options were either a full reset of my division character or wait for them to find a fix without progress loss. Support said issue should be fixed in 24-48 hours but I imagine that was lip service to calm me down.

    I will update if I am told anything else...
