So, I had this issue earlier today of one of my guns not appearing in my inventory(sniper with a few attachments) and decided to log out to see if it would return back to normal when logging back in. I was met with a 20+ minute long connecting screen and have not been able to get back in the game since. My friends can log in and everything but i'm stuck just waitng and trying again and again. I tried everything that support would tell you to do ...restart console,modem,router,delete account,reinstall game,etc. Does anybody know how to fix this or how to get help with this. I am a lvl 30 regular and 40 DZ...im fine with losing a few hours of gameplay but a total restart is not an option for me.
Update: I have talked to live support twice now with the second time saying cutt the BS and tell me what is going on and what I can do. My options were either a full reset of my division character or wait for them to find a fix without progress loss. Support said issue should be fixed in 24-48 hours but I imagine that was lip service to calm me down.
I will update if I am told anything else...
