I have submitted a ticket before and this is really important to keep people playing. I spent $100 on this game and this is the kind of respect we get. We don't even know if they are looking at our tickets and trying to fix the problem. This is making the game terrible for me because I can't do anything about it.

try power cycling your xbox one, that will clear the network card and cache, hold the button on the front of the box till the light behind it goes out then remove the power cord for at least 2 minutes turn it back on with the button on the front of the console. been down for 2 days and this worked for me with the help of the support chat team.Originally Posted by Banished Viper Go to original post

as for the fix deleting our progress i dont think we would have to start again, its more than likely tho that we might be rolled back to a point when our saves worked, tho it depends on the problem in any case ubi does have a full history on what you profile has done so they should be able to recreate it if it is somehow lost
This is happening to me as well. They better fix this asap, I have. over 6 days gameplay already, the fix should be now because the clock is ticking for the high end blue print phoenix. credit. vendors stocks refresh, the fix should not involve lossed progress of any kind, Ive obviously invested alot of time and money and would like this issue solved insanely fast. I dont want to have missed out on. purchasing anything before the special vendor refresh that happens in god knows when, I cant look to see any more, I know the hours are slipping though.
