    Stuck on "Connecting" Screen

    So, I had this issue earlier today of one of my guns not appearing in my inventory(sniper with a few attachments) and decided to log out to see if it would return back to normal when logging back in. I was met with a 20+ minute long connecting screen and have not been able to get back in the game since. My friends can log in and everything but i'm stuck just waitng and trying again and again. I tried everything that support would tell you to do ...restart console,modem,router,delete account,reinstall game,etc. Does anybody know how to fix this or how to get help with this. I am a lvl 30 regular and 40 DZ...im fine with losing a few hours of gameplay but a total restart is not an option for me.

    Update: I have talked to live support twice now with the second time saying cutt the BS and tell me what is going on and what I can do. My options were either a full reset of my division character or wait for them to find a fix without progress loss. Support said issue should be fixed in 24-48 hours but I imagine that was lip service to calm me down.

    I will update if I am told anything else...


    Update 2: Patch did nothing to help with issue(didn't really expect it to) and 2 of my support tickets have been closed with no response on my third one. Still no ETA on fix so it will be probably another week if lucky. just keeep getting the same answer that it is being investigated so....might want to get that refund if it is still availible to you if you don't want to wait

    i got the same problem 2 days and counting the spins of the wheel. i just want to get to DZ rank 50 so i can get rid of my dz credit 5 lvls to go.

    quite strange thing. same here.
    im also a 30 lvl and 40 dz. killed a boss from worrington power station on a challange difficulty and after I tried to loot dropped items my game is just crashed. I tried to reconnect, but game each time does the same thing - right after connection circle spin - to desktop.
    nothing helps. I suppose something happened to my character on the server side, so its unable to load.

    main difference is that im playing on PC

    Same thing happened to me, Ive been trying to connect since yesterday and I still cant.

    I was in game, The game froze like it does in xbox where it makes a crazy sound that keeps going. I quit the build, got back online and a bunch of my items were missing, my backpack, holster, and gloves werent equiped and my dps number was insanely inflated up to 300k.
    Played around a little bit getting a few credits/ items before trying to restart my build. Havn't been able to connect since.

    Idk any other information that might be useful.

    I cannot believe that there is no one trying to help us with this. I have the same issue. Lost gear, restarted to see if it fixed it and now cannot get past the connecting screen. I have not had a reply from support yet but if / when I do I will let you know.

    Stuck on Connecting Screen

    I can't even do a single mission without my game freezing and having to wait 10+ minutes to load back in where I left off at.

    i have tried everything trust me i have had 2days with nothing to do but read on the possible fixes. its not a problem with my game or my connection since i can log in and play with a different xbox live account just fine which mean its has to be something to do with our saved files on their severs been corrupted maybe i don't know anyway until someone reply's to the ticket i sent in if boned. also its kinda hard to get a problem fixed that affects probably less than 1% of the play base
