Massive stuttering and lag. I dont know what triggers it. The longer I play the worse it seems to get. I have mine capped to 60FPS and during bad stutters i can dip from 4-15fps....
i7 4790K
Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme SLI
8bg RAM
3440X1440.
Have latest drivers etc.

it is DX12 - Patch 1.6 runs bad via DX12.

Use DX11 instead of DX12 and reinstall DXSETUP (game directory).

DX11 --> smooth loading, no framedrops / stuttering and no clipped gameplay anymore.
