Side Missions Glitched | Forums

I have recently stumbled upon a glitch, i cant complete 2 side missions involving returning to safe houses. the mission shows i need to talk to the JTF officer instead of going to the lockers. there is no way to reset the side missions so they are essentially locked and i cant complete them. i dont know if this has to do with the possibility of me talking to the JTF officer prior to the side mission being available. ive tried logging out and back in. unmarking/marking the side mission. leaving the safe house and coming back, fast traveling to and from the safe house. nothing has worked so far. thank you for any help on this issue.

I have exactly the same problem on the PC version.
