My problem is very simple.

So concretely, any other game I have in Uplay works normaly but Far Cry 4...
How can I fix this?
uninstall uplay and go to the Uplay website .. download the latest version again and reinstall it should fix that error
back up your save files first (to be safe)

and make sure when you uninstall Uplay you do not select uninstall your games and saves too
that same thing happens to me once i complete the valley of the yeti DLC
i have the steam version of FarCry 4
the only way to correct it is uninstall uplay .. download it again and reinstall it
i opened up support tickets 3 times on that problem each time the final conclusion was the problem was being sent up to the DEV team for them to address it
first ticket i opened was over a year ago .. so yes its still a problem that has not been corrected in any patch .. last time oi contacted them was in September 2015
again was told it would have to be forwarded to the DEV team to address the problem and correct it
if i complete Valley of they Yeti today .. Uplay will go into that same boot loop saying Failed to Synchronize achievements when i launch FarCry 4
until i totally uninstall uplay and then re install it to get them back
it also never shows the in game achievements for the valley of the yeti DLC nor shows i have completed them
they should be in Uplay but they are not even available with the steam version of the FarCry 4 game

once i complete the DLC nothing shows up as far as any in game achievements for FarCry 4 in Uplay , just as your picture shows

the VOY issue was corrected in the final patch for the title
if you get that message now it usually means yes you have a corrupted install of ubi connect or your save file is bad .. always BACK UP YOUR OWN SAVE FILES
never just trust them to a cloud

and follow it and back up your own save files
ALWAYS WRITE DOWN THE E MAIL and password you use when creating any online account and store it in a safe place , your games will be bound to that account ..
AND make sure you back up your save files MANUALLY if you have other ubi titles installed

Also ALWAYS run STEAM as well as UBI CONNECT and your game with ADMINISRATOR RIGHTS ENABLED
