Removal of a glitched score | Forums

Hello there,

I was playing a track called "The Main Drain" on XB1 and after I failed a CP and fell into the water, I went into the kitchen. When I came back it told me I got a new PB and the platinum medal.
Now the problem is, this was obviously not intended and it's close to impossible for me to beat that score, I don't want to be on the Leaderboard with a glitched score though.
So is there any way to get this score removed?

Apologies, we're actually looking into it. I should have posted to fill you in.

We are experiencing an issue removing the score from this track and the team is working on sorting that out as well as your removal request. I'll post back with a progress update soon.
