    The game doesnt even launch

    Just purchased this game as of march 10th at 5pm American Central Time.

    Downloaded the game fully in about 2 hours and then ran all appropriate start up procedures for the game through the Uplay Launcher.

    As I start the game it will take me to a Epilepsy Warning screen, then shortly after (normally within a few seconds of the screen appearing) I receive a message saying, "Oh no it crashed! Tom Clancy's the Division has crashed. Help us by sending in a crash report and we'll figure out what went wrong."

    I have had friends participate in every beta that has been released, Closed and Open, and they have informed me that this is an error that has been a constant throughout for months now.

    There is no fix that we as players can find simply because it does not give an error ID and there seems to be virtually no feedback from anyone at Ubisoft at this current moment in time.

    EDIT: The maintenance for the servers has been complete and these issues still persist. I have held off and contacted multiple people across my steam account(s) and many are experiencing the same issue. The game simply does not start up and if it does it will not make it past the Epilepsy Warning.

    Ubisoft forum admins/moderators, your company has been plagued with these types of issues throughout most of the titles released by your company. Almost all online multiplayer games that Ubisoft has released are either unplayable for a time being or they simply are bugged to hell and back and require multiple patches for it to work.

    How is it that a community has to discover the failed parts of a game for a company to fix it instead of us receiving a product that is complete and functional.


    I am playing on a 4000 dollar computer that I built. It can run every single game out there on the highest of settings with maximum view distance enabled while streaming at the same time. This computer was built for Gaming and Streaming.

    If the game cannot be played I will seek reimbursement for a faulty product that Ubisoft has presented to me.

    Hey i got the same problem, i made a big thread. theres others too. im re-downloading the game to see if that has any effect

    there was a patch just released that is causing peoples games including mine to not launch

    The comments that others have posted only proves that its not a singular instance or a simple user error. The game itself is broken as almost all Ubisoft titles are in the beginning. My trust in this company has wavered over the years as not only a customer but as a participant in the experience these games provide.

    If this game cannot be fixed in a timely manner I will expect a full refund of my purchase and I will be done buying any multiplayer games from this company.

    I'm having the same issue's but what i have not seen anyone else mention yet is that i was able to load the game a few times and have played 9 hours on 10/3/16 but when i woke up this morning (about 9.am PST) these issue's started....
    I have tried a lot of the "standard" troubleshooting processes but still it persists, so along with that and how many other people have the same issue i do reckon it's a Ubisoft error and the fact that other people's posts have been up all day (PST) and still no response from Ubisoft is pretty appalling in my opinion.

    Yeah, I think they're purposely avoiding this game-breaking issue.

    I put in a support ticket, and was waiting in the live-chat qeue to be helped, and I suddenly went from #2 to a message saying there was nobody available to help me with my request. It was like 2:00pm CST.

    My only issue is that if the game doesn't work, be honest about it. I just spent $60 on a game I can't launch. A little "hey a patch is coming soon" or something would be a little nice.
