It's the same looter/rioter, we never actually kill him...he just falls over and hurts his knee ala Peter Griffin repeatedly in every firefight.

yesterday I was playing and I could swear I did finally hear another name. I cant remember what the name was now and its the only time I have heard it.

I can only imagine that the following havent heard the name Alex constantly said :
1. You
2. Members of the Deaf Gaming community
3. People who havent killed anyone (or been near anyone killing someone) in the game
4. People who havent played the game.
