Im running on windows 10 with a i5-3570k and a gtx 980

I have the same thing - DZ only stutter frame drop. Check my thread, I have to use a VPN and then everything works fine, no stutters (which makes zero sense). Trying to figure out what's causing it cause the VPN does cause some latency.

I've been having this issue for a long time. Been looking everywhere trying to figure out how to fix it. VPN didnt fix it for me, 1 monitor didnt fix it, drivers didnt fix it, none of the graphics / display resolutions fix it. however, if you alt tab before the first lag, and alt time every time you get lag, it will go atleast 10 minutes before it happens again, which makes the zone fairly-playable

if anyone has a real solution please tell me

Same issue here. CB/OB had it happening, but was below spec, so I thought it may be old *** GFX card related, but I upgraded that and still happens periodically and only in the DZ.

Yep have the same exact issue. It does it every single time I join the Darkzone too. Ok so I was really hoping that my dark zone stuttering would be solved by the time the game released. Unfortunately it is not. My pc setup is i5 4690k 16 gig ram 7200 HDD gtx 970 with a fast isp. The stuttering that happens seems to be very random other than when first loading into the dark zone it happens 100% of the time when loading in. Then it will randomly happen once I am in the darkzone resulting in me getting killed a lot. I have disabled the firewall and opened ports and even plugged directly into my modem thinking it might be something connection wise getting screwed up. The thing is it only happens in the dark zone and it doesn't happen at all on my old rig which has a 4.2 ghz 4120 proc 16gig ram same hard drive and a gtx 760. Does anyone else still have this problem and if they did fix it can you share how please? I will attach a video on an example of me loading into the darkzone. Sometimes it is even so bad to just do the stuttering 3 or 4 times within a couple of minutes making it unplayable. Never experience this in the pve side of the game or even grouped with other people doing pve missions.

I have the same issues as you all. I submitted a question on the Ubisoft tech support site yesterday. No answer yet, but I am very interested to hear what they say. Even more frustrating is that out of my buddies I have the best rig, but I am the only one with the stuttering issue.
