I am having an issue with my ingame items too. I got the gold edition, did all of the installs and when I got to the base of operations I got all of the gear minus the HAZMAT gear. Yes I know it is called CBRNE gear in the game. It is not at my vendor and the box clearly states it comes with the season pass. Has anyone else seen this?

Most of you are lucky...I purchased the standard version digitally and the Season Pass digitally and haven't received anything ie: no gear, no shotty. I did what some were saying about restoring licenses but that didn't work. I have posted here a few times and the admins have not helped...not sure what to do now?

Yeah, I tried to restore. It has not worked for me. I will probably have to uninstall everything and re-install it. Or try and get in touch with Sony, to see if it is a problem with the online store. Although, judging from some of the others, this is not limited to PSN purchases only.

Reinstalling didn't actually change anything for me. But maybe it will work for you.

If you have the Addons installed, which would be "Season Pass Exclusive Outfits" or "Season Pass Exclusive Weapons" and it's not working, then reinstalling should fix it.

If they aren't shown in your Addon list, then reinstalling will probably be a waste of time.

I am playing on PS4. I bought the game and played it for about a week, then decided to get the Season Pass. I bought the Season Pass at GameStop, and put the code in that same night. The season pass has downloaded and is installed, but none of my rewards are showing up. The only other reward I have is my preorder reward, the Hazmat Gear. So, at this point, I am missing the outfits, and the shotgun that are meant to come with the season pass. I've seen a lot of different posts about this -- what is the best solution right now?

Edit: For clarity's sake, when I go and look at my list of addons, the only thing I see is the Hazmat Gear, and the Season Pass. No other items were downloaded when I redeemed my code from GameStop.

The only solution at the moment is to wait. They are investigating it.

I preordered the gold edition and I got the shotgun, national guard and the outfits except the hazmat gear I don't know what's up! Help me

So many people didn't get the hazmat gear set for a gold edition pre-order. I'm included in this. I also didn't get the survivor set either. Hoping this gets fixed.

sawed off shotgun not showing above as well hazmat suit not full set showing or sawed off shotgun season pass exclusive done all above through thread noting showed all installed etc

Where did you go to see what add ons you had installed? I'd li8ke to double check mine as I'm having a similar issue.
