I'm experiencing a similar issue. I purchased the game and season pass from Gamestop. Installed the update file and input my season pass code before entering the game. The vendor had everything but the National Guard outfit and weapons, and the sawed off shotgun. I have deleted and reinstalled but still have the same issue.

Who do I contact about getting a refund for the Season Pass and removing it from my account?
I've tried to do Live Chat, but in the Application selection nothing comes up when I search, and it will not let me start a session.
This is the fifth time I've posted this issue on these forums, and it is likely the fifth time it will be ignored by support. I do not appreciate paying for something and not receiving it in it's entirety - there have been two patches to the game since release, and still this issue has not been resolved.
I'm so frustrated at this point that I'm thinking about reversing the charges through my bank.
I cannot even find a way to contact UbiSoft to get assistance, and my messages on these forums go ignored.
Having just this issue. I have all the outfits no shotgun.
Question for UbiSoft- by the time this if fixed are we going to get such a low level shot gun it is useless to me?
