Same here, bro. Same here. This is a mess. People shouldn't have to pay for content and then go an extra step to contact someone in hopes of getting it. At this point, they should replace that day-1 content with exclusive lvl 30 content for this huge problem. People pay for items they are supposed to be able to use on day one only to not be able to get them unless they ask for them almost a month later? This is bull crap.
