I am sorry to hear you are missing the Saw-off Shotgun from the season pass.

Can you please confirm when you redeem the season pass code? (Was it before/after playing the game? Before/after getting to your Base of Operations?)

I am in UK and I pre-ordered the basic edition of the game first, than 2 days before the launch date i bought the season pass from Game.co.uk store.
I have seen many different forums and discussions about what downloads I am entitled to have but nothing is clear.

Could you please tell what exact I am entitle to have available for my season pass at the present time (game launched on 08/03, today is 11/03)

I have been missing the Saw-off Shotgun from the season pass. I have all the other gear from the season pass but the Saw-off Shotgun is still missing. I have been to the vendor that is supposed to give me the items every day and he still doesn't have the Saw-off Shotgun available. I bought my season pass code from Gamestop if that's any help.

I'm having the same issue. I purchashed the Season Pass on the PSN store and it gave me access only to the outfits but not the shotgun.

Same boat as others. Purchased the season pass and didn't receive the National Guard outfit or the weapon. I did receive the other 4 outfits. My installs are:

Season pass exclusive outfits
Season pass
NY police gear
NY paramedic
NY firefighter
Hunter

I even bought Marine outfit didn't receive any outfit on the reward vendor

lol reinstall game, such fail for an answer, hope it gets fixed tho as I want to get the Season Pass on PC too

I'm having the same issue where the shotgun isn't available in game or on the available downloads. I ordered the Season Pass through Playstation network. I have checked the add ons and it isn't there or anywhere in the store.

Hi , I bought the season pass from the psn store and only received my season pass I didn't get a download for the uniform or the shot gun. Please help I only bought the season pass because I wanted to uniform and sawed off shotgun.

Hope that Ubisoft makes it up to us with a little extra. Maybe making the shotgun purple or yellow instead of blue

i did not get the hazmat gear set. got it does not even n show in the PlayStation store list. but the rest does

I bought the season pass at game stop and was told it came with a sawed off shotgun and law enforcement pack. After entering the code and making it to the rewards vendor I don't have anything. Where are the items I purchased. Hate paying for a game then spending more money, being promised you will get something and you get nothing. Spent $100 on this garbage where are my items?
