First off im gonna put my fustration into this.
I tryed to change my email cause i cannot acces my email anymore.
So i tryed to change it and it sends a verify mail to my old email that i can,t acces anymore (****ed up right?)
So having this problem i whas able to switch my old account with my new account emails after alot of ****ing around with your software.
Then when i thought it whas fixed, i apperantly whas faster then you **** software cause when i tryed to logg in it logged me into my old account instead of the one i fixed up after changing pass email and so on.
Then your software problem locks me out cause ive been logging in to mutch ( note because of your **** software i had to log in so mutch) for a fricking hour and you tell me this is for my own security (my ***).
Anyway i tryed to find some support, forum support= locked can,t post anything so its **** thats why i post it here and not in a technical area it looks pretty (ui) but doesn,t function well.
So after this i got to your support site rofl what a laugh people a one way stream of info hoping that the recieving party has enough info and brains to solve your problem from 1 text.
As a big company as you are you whut think you guys whut have a decent customer service its not like you guys got no cash so fix it, even World of Warcraft had a better customer service then you 10 fricking years ago people.
Make it a phone we can call or atleast ****ing atleast have a 24/7 chat customer support.
You guys are a real laugh your software improved a little over the last years but nothing near how steam does it and here you guys thought you could do it better rofl.
So show us dammit spend so goddam cash and make it look like you guys actualy give a **** instead of only filling your pockets.
PS: i don,t whant you help anymore i don,t give a **** i whas actualy planning to buy The Division but after this **** you guys can kiss my hairy *** im never using Ubisoft again.......ever!!!! ill stay with steam who actualy got there **** in order.

Man this was good for a laugh. I had the exact same experience and almost never managed to get my account back under my control, so I know just how frustrating it can be. I don't blame you one bit for feeling how you do, and that's all I can really say about it. As for the game, save yourself the trouble in it's current state. It's an exercise in patience playing this game with missing audio segments, loading lag (enemies spawning right on top of me because I didn't see them ahead of me, bad loading lag), and then the crashes... oh man the crashes. Ironically, I've been having a real blast with Farcry Primal.
Oh and given that I crash regularly and the lack of sound and stuff is a real killer, I don't even consider this game "playable". But I tried to refund it on Steam and they said no because it had over 2 hours tracked on it. 2 1/2 of those hours was struggling to get the game to run, and even then I wasn't successful. Ugh... this is such a drag.
Edit: And oh yes, I DID indeed learn my lesson. Never again...
