We are aware of the issue with the Reward Claim Vendors preventing players from getting their Season Pass ULC’s or Ubisoft Club Rewards items. Rest assured that our team is working hard on fixing this issue and we will inform you as soon as a fix is deployed.
In the meantime, we want to reassure you on the fact that even if you do not see your items at the Vendor, they are indeed saved on the servers and you will correctly receive them once the issue is fixed.
