An Assasins Creed and Far Cry game that touch on each other storywise. With the game controls (melee fighting) of For Honor. It would be so glorious.![]()
Whilst all this forum speculation and the ideas about the next Far Cry is grand, I would love to see them continue to support Primal with additional DLC expansion content and patches first. It seeems a bit soon to leap into the next timescape when the potential of these primal times is far from exhausted.
Ever hear the phrase too much of a good thing? Thats what you're suggesting basically. Ubi already cross pollinates their mechanics across multiple games too much as it is, last thing we need are fans supporting & actually suggesting such behavior continue!Originally Posted by Tustanuxo Go to original post

Right? Why are all these dudes thinking they should make a FarCry in those settings.... eeech. Those are more appropriate for different or even new franchises, no reason to shoehorn it into a FarCry game....Originally Posted by Argonaut_Knight Go to original post
I just don't get it. The developers did once a setting without guns and now everyone is going crazy with swords, shields etc. and think all the upcoming games have to follow this trend. Primal was the spin-off year, however, the next game should return to the modern day era with a proper arsenal with guns (and nothing recycled from 3 or 4). Regarding the setting it would be great to revisit Africa (my favourite Far Cry of all time remains FC2), South America, Cuba, Russia or a Vietnam war setting would also be a great possible locations for the next game.
