Texture flicker, Model Ghosting, and effect pop-in

    Hey everyone.

    I'll start with my specs;

Location in game:Anywhere, specifically outside areas.
Version of GPU drivers before updating: Drivers fully up to date. Radeon Crimson 16.2.1
    Number of GPUS: 2
    GPU model: R9 290x (x2)
    CPU: i7-3770

I have also verified my game files. I played in both Betas and never had any of these issues.

When the game is first loaded there is a ton of texture flickering (full screen only). I can fix it if I switch to windowed, however I have a 4k monitor, which means playing in a small window or setting my desktop resolution to 1080p everytime I want to play the Division. (It doesn't run very well either way.) That is unacceptable.

Another fullscreen exclusive issue is model ghosting. Fences, lampposts, trees, puddles, things like that will ghost if I move my camera at all.

and Finally, even in windowed, I have effect pop in. Textures take an immense time to load, I can constantly see shadows popping into existence, or window reflections.

Even if I shut everything off and play at absolute low settings (Ridiculous, considering my hardware), I would still see shadow and object pop in. This does not alleviate with playing as anytime I move forward I see it and it seemingly unloads everything behind me.

Wondering if anyone has encountered these problems and managed to fix. I have tried playing with Crossfire on and off, No difference.

Thanks for your time. I appreciate it!

Thanks for the reply. However, after uninstalling all my installed C++ redists, and reinstalling them (and then restarting), All issues still persist.

The flicker is actually much worse, But I would assume that is due to the area I am in.

Starting area after having just created character was alright, and i got a great FPS. But tonight, when i went to the first underground mission it all just went haywire. Got down to 10 fps and when i went back to where it ran fluently, it just continued to push 10 fps and flicker heavily.

Location in game: everywhere, mostly outside
Version of GPU drivers before updating: Radeon Crimson 16.2.1
    Number of GPUS: 2
GPU model: ASUS R9 290x MATRIX
    CPU: i7-4790K

I must say, advertising with dual GPU support was one of the things that got me to buy the game, i even bough the gold edition. I hope this will get fixed asap, since it's almost unplayable.

I had the same issue. I changed my driver back to 16.1.1, so no crossfire but at least the game runs fine with no artefacts. Waiting for the next Crimson hotfix.
