If you have issues with the interact key on the laptop not letting you progress, I recommend you do the following:
Restart the game
Go outside of the safehouse
Go back in and proceed to the door on the right of the table with the laptop
You should now be prompted to go to the laptop again
Interact with the laptop

That should work. If it doesn't work immediately, try the steps again.
You can also use these steps in case people are blocking the laptop.

Was it ment to let players wait to access to that bloody laptop. Dont have time for this. Why did u do it????

All i did to fix it was to log out and log back in.
