Hi there, FramSTAR,
Welcome to the forums!
Can you try the following steps?:
Open your Control Panel, and make sure to uninstall anything which is related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Once this is done, please download and install the following files :
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=21254
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...ils.aspx?id=29
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/downl....aspx?id=14632
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=30679
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48145
Let me know if the issue persists!
I get the same Crash. I Reinstall the newest Nvidia Driver, but no way the Game allways Crash on Start. My redist Files are up to Date.
Windows Error Log: "Der Anzeigetreiber "nvlddmkm" reagiert nicht mehr und wurde wiederhergestellt."
My System:
OS: Windows 10 64Bit
CPU: I7
RAM: 12GB
GPU: GTX 770 4GB
Hey! Thanks for the fast Response!
I will try it out, as soon as i'm home

Easy fix, and I did download all the thingies mentioned above, with no luck before running as admin.

Each year offers three files to choose from: x86, x64 and ARM.
Do we need all of them or just according to our system (x64 / x86)?
Also, you are asking us to uninstall anything related to C++ red. What if other software needs that? Or is it all covered with the downloads?
Tried it but still getting the black screen, have to ALT-F4 and keep trying, got in once during release hour, home from work and can't load!Originally Posted by litestorm9 Go to original post
