This has actually been driving me nuts, and while it'd be nice to have an in game slider, I'd be fine with it being buried in the .cfg files, but even those are surprisingly empty.

I'm pretty sure it would be easy to implement - though it may have an effect on FPS perhaps (which I'm more than happy to put up with).

Motion sickness is going to be a huge issue for a lot of people predisposed to feeling these effects once VR becomes more mainstream.... they might need to sell a headset and bucket deluxe pack.

I have added a thread and linked this post to the Suggestions & Feedback forum instead. I suggest our feedback will get through to the Dev's far more easily over there and encourage those of you that have this issue or know of people that do to make your thoughts known on this new thread to allow them to appreciate our situation.

I'm quite certain that they have not left it out on purpose - they've really done a great job in optimising the game and providing such a variety of graphic options already, this shouldn't be too big of an ask for them to implement.

    FOV still is thing here

Like it or not, if some weaker persons feel sick after playing this without chance to change that, no good feedback on this pretty expensive game, no matter how it is good. I do play most of popular games, i do not feel sick while playing but i feel that what they mean, it is not point of any ridiculous advantage, but point of acceptability of longer gameplay. If I have full HD PC monitor, and somebody has full hd same ratio 16:9 TV it is still same thing about FOV, so mentioning consoles here is not excuse,.

There needs to be an FOV slider. Outside, the world is just too large and I get a slight fish-eye lens thing going on.

    Hehe
TPS games dont have fov sliders.
I play 2, right now, that do:
    Defiance (up to 100 fov)
The Elder Scrolls Online (up to 130 fov)

Defiance got FOV slider now? Been asking for that for years on the forum.

Literally the only reason I haven't bought this game yet. Plenty of first and third person games make me dizzy and motion sick and developers just don't care enough to implement such an easy fix. I'll continue watching this but I won't spend a penny on it until I know I can play it without feeling physically ill.

Console needs this too... I play with my PS4 on a 29" monitor and get terrible motion sickness from this game at times.

Pretty sure console won't get it. Last time I brought this up on any dedicated console forum, I get shouted down because nobody wants people playing with "advantages" or have their performance drop even more to render the extra pixels....

I don't get the point with the "advantages".
If it would be an optional setting that everybody could set on or off, or to an optional value you could do what you want.

I'm also not throttle down (hope its right) my car and complain that I am so slow on the highway.
