I've bought the physical pc game today and tried to install it with no luck till now.
I've insert Disc 1 and the autoplay installed Uplay and after that I'm receiving this note when trying to activate:
this cd key or activation code is already active on this account, please visit your games library to access your games.
But the game isn't there... I don't know how to install it......
Please Help...
I am having the exact same problem when trying to activate my game. I submitted a ticket with support but i can see in the forums that there is a pattern of them not replying for weeks. I've got a super simple fix, after about 5 hours of screwing around with various things, I deleted two files from my steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's The Division:
uplay_install.manifest
uplay_install.state
After deleting those two, ran the game normally and the Uplay Product Key/Activation Code splash screen no longer appeared and the game began normally.
