Where are the tracks and blueprint pieces going? | Forums

After the first week finished and I "received" the top 5% reward for the event, I couldn't find the unlocked tracks and the blueprint pieces aren't showing up anywhere. The app updated itself this week so I thought that would fix it but I've got no reward from the second week either. What is going on?!

I got nearly the same problem. I was in the Top 1% in the second week.
After confirm the massage for the winning track and the bluprints the game crashs
After restart of the game I got NO Track and NO Blueprints.
Even after reinstall the app and reconnect to uplay NOTHING rewarded

What I need to to to get the reward ?

I didn't get any crashes, but just never got the reward. Good thing we're probably not the only ones though!

I have the same problem. The game crash on the prizes messages. I was on top 1%. I did not receive track and blueprints after restarting. And nothing rewarded after reinstall.

Odd how you people are getting crashes and I'm just not getting them at all. Regardless, will Ubisoft actually do anything to help us?

Same problem in the first week. Top 3% and no prize...

same problem. game didn't crashed but never got the reward from Top 5%. I opened a ticket through the support within the app. we'll see how it goes.
