I hope they fix it quick since so many people are having these problems. It definately makes you want to walk away from the game since you can't play the same.

Have any of you contact support yet?

I have the same problem also and I'm not doing any missions at the moment and have only been on the game for a few hours. Can't open the weapon wheel and when I change weapons using the Triangle button my Bow and Arrow won't fire. really fed up now as I didn't expect so little game play for £43.
Did you ever get a response? If not, send me a PM with your ticket # and I'll get their attention. Same for anyone else who hasn't received a support response in over 3 days.
