    Hi everyone,

I apologize for the lagged response. Most CMs and CRs don't work weekends, and I've been out of work due to a medical issue. This is the first I've been on the forums in a few days. You should be submitting tickets to the support team when you come across any technical issues such as what you're describing. We definitely care, The support team will help you problem solve issues if it's from your end, and the dev team will work hard to fix any issues coming from our end. Thanks for your patience.

This should not require 'individiual tickets' at this point.

Hope you get well soon To be honest, one of the problems is quite obvious; the owners of 285/380/380x are immediately crashing when they look at any fire source in the snowy regions, and it should not require 'individiual tickes' at this point. Also it is a bit late for that as people who paid good money for it cannot play their game right now; this is something the team needed to get on yesterday. If everything requires individual tickes, then why does the "Technical Support" forums exist, right?

We already told you, we own these graphics cards (285/380/380x), and we are having this VERY easily reproducible problem, which can be reproduced by looking at any fire source in the snowy regions. This problem DOES NOT and SHOULD NOT require individiual tickets. Just get a PC with 285/380/380x installed and look at a fire in the northern regions or any area with snow. The game will immediately crash

    Hmm get better soon,
but i don´t see a Reason not to respond from your side.
I have contacted UBI witth a Ticket, as well as my Friends have, because they also have the R9 200-300x Series Problem.
Not enough for that, my EPU Burned away on Friday while trying to play FC Primal and hat this mentioned issue forcing the PC to Hardreset.
Now my EPU got wrong Voltages and i had "FATAL" Errors after that on my Windows 10 x64 Enterprise Edition.
First of all, i had to buy a new EPU wich definitly got burned because of this fatal Error with reseting the Display Driver.

Therefor i suggest to everyone here not to play this Game anymore until Ubisoft has fixed their Stability/Compatibility Problems on R Series AMD Cards.
Friend of mine who is Hardware Specialist in Germany working for Nato checked on my PC and said, the Game was definitly the Source of the EPU dying because of this forcefull Crash it provokes.

Now the Game didnt cost me 55€ but 150€ and a lot of Repair Work on my PC, wich is besides my Studio PC wich i´m professionally working on for the living.

I Dont think UBI will refund my damage as well i´m too lazy to get my Lawyers started (even if i got a Law inssurance)

What i want to hear from UBI (and i wait for that since the problem startet 1 week ago) they work on that specific Problem, because in their "Known Issues List" is nothing about the Hard Reset Force Crash, besides every Glitches and Bug´s this is a Major thing and should not be ignored.
I counted around 120 People + around my Friend´s, this Forum as well as other Forums that got exact the same Problem.

Like i said, i suggest everyone not to play the game if you love your PC and it´s (hopefully still) working Hardware in it.

(Still waiting for the Ticket to get answered, but like many say here, it is not a Ticket issue)

UBI Hurry up for your Money!!!!!

I am not sure if it's the fire or not but it DEFINITELY has to do something with the snowy regions, I am sure of this.

Come on, so many people are waiting for a patch for this problem so that they can keep playing their games.

I appreciate the reply from representative but as others are saying, the problem is nearly the same for everyone therefore a ticket isn't necessary (even though I sent one 2 days ago w/ no replies).

p.s. it shouldn't be forgotten that this problem isn't exclusive to amd cards, people reported the same problem with nvidia cards as well (seems like most people here have a R9 380 though).

For my part i sent u guys a ticket. But the response i got was hilarious, actually sad.

The supporter said the issues that causes the game to crash were:
Too less space on C: (my game is installed on another harddrive.
    Too many autostart programs (lol)
    Too many background programs (lol)
My audio driver is outdated (lol)

Anyone who knows a little bit about PC's knows these issues arent the cause by far.

It seems like this answer was just another preformulated phrase to calm people down and give them false hopes.
I didnt bother answering aswell cause i know there will be no solution via the support ticket.

Thanks for sharing this, TheRealSepp. I would challenge you to try what the support rep suggested, and let them know if the suggestions did or did not work.

How about just letting the dev team know about this thread instead of useless suggestions? I think that would work better for all of us.

Honestly, this is why I never really use support. Yes, I have a problem with your game, but a generic, "pre-recorded" reply quickly sent before the "support rep" races out for their coffee or lunch, is not helping anyone. I would bet my left nut that if this person DID go through these banal suggestions, the issue would still remain, hence it's a waste of time. I can't for the life of me see why companies provide support if they just intend to wasting peoples times with "you've got a reply of sorts, now leave me alone", type responses. I should point out I've worked in high-level I.T. for over 20 years AND have worked on a support desk so yeah, I know how it works.

Having said that, I've performed a complete reload of my PC. Drivers are all the most current I can find and there's minimal startup items, yet the problem is exactly as before. It occurred the very first time I tried FC:P after going through this whole process.

Now, here's the kicker - I'm using a brand new GPU (nVidia 970gtx). I've also replaced my power supply (1000W), hard drives and RAM, ran MEMTEST overnight and performed bench-marking with 3DMark looped for quite a number of hours with no problems whatsoever, yet the EXACT same problem occurs when I try to play FC:P.

I firmly believe this is a software / game / GPU drivers issue only.

This is a buggy game, everyone have a r9 card in the world can reproduce this orrible bug, and ubisoft can just FIX beacause causa black screen and pc just stop responding.
