He guy! they seem to propose a "solution"! but gosh! lot of people have this problem, can Ubisoft propose a patch we are not IT engineer we just bought a game and we are just gamers

Have you tried verifying the files in the Uplay client?
Can you also try the following?:
- Open your Control Panel, uninstall anything which is related to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
- Once this is done, please download and install the following files :
