No rewards after the end of the season | Forums

Hello, I achieved the "Legend" - rank in the previous season, 2 hours after the end of the season I visited the bunker. There was a loading screen which didn't end, so I went back and the next time I visited the bunker I was in rank 14 but didn't get any rewards for the season. No mantis skin, no bronco scin, no coins, nothing. What can I do to get the rewards back?
