I did all the possible fixes for it as you said but still nothing , it had an update available for my graphics card and I did it and I thought that would solve it but still it has the same problem. Game freezes right up when the loading icon comes up and then after 2 minutes the game closes without any report at all

so after playing normally with other players on house, we discovered that we rushed the terrorist hunt, only to get multiple times 0 renown rewards. It would be nice if the developers could fix this issue since it makes the renown farming even more awful.

As far I could remeber, this is not an bug. They implemented that because of some tactics to farm renown

Can you tell me exactly how long your matches of Terrorist Hunt are lasting? And have you not received Renown in any of the matches you have played?

To answer your question: it was only the matches of t-hunt that lasted around 40-55 seconds that no renown were delivered, a process that can happen frequently on the "House" map where the small size can lead to quick finishing times (especially with the recent update where you don't even have to slow down because of the bombers terrorists, c4 or barb wire rooms).

I would like to request the development team to reconsider the conditions for the 0 renown reward since they're not hurting any exploit/cheat users but only peoples playing the game as intended.

Do you get renown if the match lasts at least one minutes? Try that out for me.

I can confirm i can confirm if the match lasts at least one minute, renown rewards are available. It's only around below that cap that you have high chances to not get renown.
