I only have access to situations. A friend of mine in the same timezone has access to everything. Is this a bug/glitch or is this intentional?

Hard boot and come back. The servers are going to be rammed today, but I got fairly lucky with mine for the hour I was playing.

If you are able to play the Trainings - Situations, but not the other options it means that the game does not connect to the servers and you will have to retry
I managed to connect and play the game , but it is as MotoSoul said in an early comment a bit lucky.

No just says "Currently not available. Please check back later. Also has a lock next to multiplayer, TH and operators. Already restarted system and internet. Still not working

So I have beaten the first situation in every game mode and it the game still will not let me play the second oround do anything at all?
