Please Fix the Lag spike that occurs every 5 seconds in the DZ (Xbox One) 'w/ videos'

There is a Consistent and Constant lag spike/stutter/framerate drop that occurs every 5 seconds in the Dark Zone. IT ALSO OCCURS DURING AIMING & SHOOTING! I have asked multiple people if this was happening for them and they ALL confirmed that it was. Its not very noticeable at first but once you are made aware of it, It becomes very apparent. The easiest way to see it is when just running strait but also occurs when your shooting.

    ----Update 3.3.2016-----

A reddit user has posted the 1.1 patch notes he found in the pc files, if these are accurate then there is no mention of fixing this xbox issue.
    https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision...release_notes/

Here are some examples I have found online by just looking for Xbox One gameplay and skipping to scenes where its most noticeable:

**Please note that the videos below are from simple searches for dark zone gameplay on Xbox One, I have no idea who these players are but its clearly visible in their videos too.**

    1. Its very easy to see in this video and happens every 5 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEQ59n0Odsw (start at 41:20 and just watch how frequently it occurs 41:26, 41:31, 41:36, 41:41, 41:46 **profanity in this one in case you care**)
    2. Another good video showing it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJpunvoLcjg (Start at 8:20, it happens at 8:23 and occurs every 5 seconds, 8:23, 8:28, 8:33, 8:38 etc...At 10:23 You can see his aim lag as he unzooms showing that this does effect aiming and shooting **profanity in this one in case you care**)
    3. Here is another great example video where it happens consistently https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZ6gECssuxo (Just watch him run)
    4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZQh2LKSYTk (watch from around 8:10 and on while he runs)
    5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnZ6QuqTLm0 (6:31 and 6:36 right before he stops are very obvious)

This is a video from a group of framerate testers called
"DigitalFoundry", they also confirm the issue. It happens every 5 seconds in the video as well.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7mW8Cyb-TM

    A few things to note:
    1. I experienced this every time I played and so did friends. I have a 50Mbps/10Mbps connection and friends have similar or better.
    2. All Xbox One ports are open
    3. I did not make a gameplay video for myself but its easy to see in the above videos.
    4.
This does not seem to happen outside the dark zone

I did not play the ps4 or pc versions but both the pc and ps4 DO NOT APPEAR to have this problem on the few videos I have seen:
    PC - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PpCEO_6z0Q
    PS4 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCOj0PrDwxU
    PS4 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbTH4sVk3QA (Around 19:00 minutes hes just running and i didn't see it. Also around 24:15 i didn't see it)
    PS4 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Jz0B5iS824 (Around 16:10 i didn't see any while he was running)

Please add videos to this post so that they can address this. I will add more to the original post if posted below.

It was a beta, it's probably fixed now.

Cant assume that, the community is a good way for devs to find out bugs their small QA's teams dont experience or miss. The more detail in the bugs posts the better too. I would love more people to confirm the same issue.

I don't know if this is correct, but I am pretty sure it's the hardware. The PC for many people, is more powerful, therefore has a faster processor, RAM, etc. The PS4 has a stronger RAM than the Xbox One as well. The Xbox One is probably the only one experiencing this so often.

Lets hope this isn't the case cause it would be unfortunate for Xbox One owners and double as bad since Microsoft is trying to push the division as best played on the Xbox with exclusive content dates and such.

However, I don't think its the hardware since that would mean it would occur to lower end PC's as well.

I also mentioned lag issues in one of my feed back posts. I doubt its the hardware because you don't experience or at least i didn't experience it on the PvE side. I even did the hospital mission with three other agents and the game ran pretty smooth. However in DZ i experienced many lag issues. I also have 55 mbps internet with about 15 mbps upload speed. So I have a feeling it might have been on their server end. I didn't notice lag issues in the DZ till the second day though.

Another reason i don't believe its hardware is if its just to much stuff happening in DZ at once for the processor then ps4 would be experiencing the same issue as it has a weaker 4 core processor vs the faster 8 core xbox processor. I don't think its RAM either, even though ps4 does have faster RAM the RAM speed is still limited by other hardware components (such as processor and hard drive. I know this due to issues i had when building my own PC and over clocking the RAM caused issues with my system. I had to slow it down to run properly. So most likely the ps4 does not utilize the full potential of the RAM inside.) It is possible the better graphics card the ps4 has allows it to display the DZ with less issue but i still think its most likely a server side issue. (Not trying to start console wars. I own both consoles and am only pointing out why i think it was a connection or server issue or possibly program based but not hardware.)

Hopefully the beta testing will allow them to smooth this out.

looks very similar to the stutter issues with Fallout 3, explained here - https://youtu.be/tONiXNbwSt0?t=2m18s

That seems pretty similar. Good find. If this is similar to the xb1 version of the division then it would indicate that some modifications need to be done to fix this. Its also disappointing that it seems to only happen on the xb1 and not the ps4 and PC.

From this video it seems its possible that the XB1 has a memory issue or graphics loading issue limited to the xb1 because of its hardware structure, and/or software structure as well. I would like to see if we can find more details to narrow it down.

Not once did I have an issue with what OP is stating, so unless my Xbox somehow has better hardware, I wouldn't default it to a hardware issue.

Not saying that the issue doesn't happen, but that I didn't have the issue at all.

There has to be a large amount of users experiencing this since alot of friends and others were seeing it as well as those random vids i just looked through. Its hard to see when your immersed into the game but once pointed out its hard to miss. This was the case with multiple people I asked if it was happening. It happens at a timed interval and some on this thread have confirmed it happened to them too. Something must be happening in the background if its happening every 5 seconds to multiple users and to random videos I searched through.
